Founder of a Non-Governmental Organization, Ireede-Oginni Grassroots Foundation, Hon.(Chief) Funmilayo Ireede-Oginni has charged Nigerians to reflect on the spirit of the celebration of the Saint Valentine's Day to share love among one another and collectively build a stronger nation to overcome evil forces disrupting peaceful co-existence of people in the country.
Ireede-Oginni who is also celebrating her birthday gave the charge in a Valentine's Day message on Saturday, said Nigerians irrespective of tribes and religions must use the celebration period to demonstrate their love and support for one another, particularly the less privileged people who need various financial and moral assistance
The Co-Founder of Future Promise Group of Schools, Lantoro in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, however restated the commitment of her foundation to continue to support the education needs of children from from poor families through its scholarship initiative to enable such individuals actualize their academic career goals
She also assured that the foundation would continue to extend support to young Nigerians with special talents to achieve their ambition in life while pledging more financial empowerment for women in the rural communities to grow their small scale businesses
Ireede-Oginni then urged the people to continue to pray for those in government at all levels to continue to do the needful for the benefit of all and economic growth and development of the country
