Ogun State House of Assembly is set to screen the five commissioner-nominees and four others recently nominated as Members of Statutory Commissions by Governor Dapo Abiodun
The nominees are to appear before the legislators for screening this Wednesday, 3rd of August, 2022.
Clerk and Head of Legislative Service, Mr. 'Deji Adeyemo who announced the date for the screening in a statement made available to Edu-biznews on Tuesday, said that the exercise would hold at the Assembly's Conference Room 215 at 2:00pm prompt.
Adeyemo enjoined all the nominees to submit thirty copies of their Curriculum Vitae and Credentials to the Office of the Clerk of the House by 12 noon.
The Commissioner- nominees include Adijat Adeleye-Oladapo, Taiwo Oludotun, Hamzat Ganiyu, Ola Oresanya and Abayomi Hunye.
The nominees for the Statutory Commissions are Mr. Adeleye Joseph Ademola for Teaching Service Commission; Hon. Onadeko Onamusi for House of Assembly Service Commission; Princess Adesola Ayoola Elegbeji and Hon. Akinpelu Aina Nurudeen for Judicial Service Commission.
It would be recalled that Governor Abiodun had earlier transmitted the list of the nominees via two correspondences to the Assembly for screening and ratification.
