LASU Holds Valedictory Lecture, Book Launch On Thursday In Honour Of Outgoing Vice-Chancellor, Distinguished Prof.Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello

The outgoing Vice-Chancellor of Lagos State University, Ojo , Distinguished Professor Ibiyemi Ibilola Olatunji-Bello will be delivering a Valedictory Lecture titled *“From Vision to Legacy: Leadership, Institutional Transformation and the Making of a Globally Competitive Lagos State University*”, this Thursday September 17, 2026

The lecture is being organized by the management of the university  to mark the conclusion of Prof.Olatunji-Bello's five-year tenure as Vice-Chancellor of Lagos State University.

The event according to a statement, will also feature the launch of a book titled *“Fortitude: An Insider’s Account of the Emergence of Professor Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello as LASU’s Ninth Vice-Chancellor and the Events that Shaped Her Administration.”*

The historic event will be holding at "Buba Marwa Auditorium, LASU Main Campus, Ojo" at exactly  11:00 a.m.

Guests are expected to be seated by 10:30 a.m.
