Four researchers at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) have emerged Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund)/ National Research Fund (NRF) grant awardees for the year 2024 (Batch 10).
The grant awardees include Dr. Aneyo, Idowu Ayisat, Dr. Egunjobi, Adenike Titilayo as well as Dr. Ehigie, Julius Osato and Dr. Odeleye, Anthonia
Dr. Aneyo, Idowu Ayisat of the Department of Zoology, Faculty of Life Sciences for the project: Advanced Solutions for Tackling Novel Psychoactive Substances in Nigeria: Integrating Prevalence Studies, Analytical Profiling, and Cost-Effective Detection Technologies
Dr. Egunjobi, Adenike Titilayo of the Department of Economics, Faculty of Social Sciences, for the project: Bridging the Skill Gap to Improve Higher Education Quality and Graduate Employability in Nigeria
Dr. Ehigie, Julius Osato of the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Physical and Earth Sciences for the project: Modelling of Real-Time Air Pollution Tracking for Air-Quality Index Calculations An Innovative Time-Integrator for the Numerical
Dr. Odeleye, Anthonia of the Department of Economics, Faculty of Social Sciences, for the project: An Investigation of Economic Policy Shocks, Welfare Lessons and Coping Strategies of Women in Nigeria’s Informal Sector.
