Ogun Govt To Hold Screening Entrance Examination Into Science, Technical Colleges On 6th September





Ogun State Government has fixed Saturday, 6th September, 2025  as the date for holding of its screening examination for admission into the seven Government Science and Technical Colleges, as well as one Government Technical and Vocational College 

The State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Prof. Abayomi Arigbabu who announced the date in a statement made available to Edu-biznews on Tuesday, stated that the examination would qualify successful candidates for a three-year programme leading to the award of National Technical Certificate (NTC) or National Business Certificate (NBC).

The exercise according to him, is open to candidates who have completed their registration on the Ogun State Digital Platform for Education Revitalisation (DiPER)

"Accordingly, applicants must possess a minimum of either Basic Education Certificate, the West African Senior School Certificate (WASSC) or National Examination Council Senior Secondary Certificate (NECOSSC)", he stated 

"Candidates are advised to report to their chosen centres with writing materials, printed registration slips and photocopies of their credentials, while conducting themselves in an orderly manner throughout the process, assuring that adequate arrangements have been made for a hitch-free exercise, wishing all candidates success in their examination", the statement concluded
