Management of the Lagos State University, Ojo has approved the appointment of Dr. Surajudeen Abiodun FATAI as the new Acting Dean, Students' Affairs Division of the University.
The Vice Chancellor of the university, Prof. Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello approved the appointment of Dr. Surajudeen Abiodun Fatai who was until the appointment, a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Political Science, Faculty of Social Sciences, Lagos State University.
Coordinator, Centre for Information and Public Relations of the university, Oluwayemisi Thomas-Onashile, made this known to Edu-Biznews on Friday
The appointment according to the statement, is for a period of one year, with effect from Tuesday, 7 November 2023* to *Wednesday, 6 November 2024*.
Dr. Fatai replaces the former Dean, Prof. Tajudeen Abayomi OLUMOKO, of the Department of Marketing, Faculty of Management Sciences, Lagos State University who was removed from heading Administrative position pending conclusion of the ongoing investigation into the case of allegation of certificate racketeering in the University.
