Others according to the list, are Shehu Salimatu, Tewogbade Ayomide, Umeh Blessing, Olatunde Ajoke and Essien Favor
The camping for selection of players was said to have carried out in two phases at the indoor sports hall of Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja and later at the outdoor court of the Nigeria Institute of Sports, National Stadium in Surulere , Lagos
The screening and selection of players were carried out by the federation between May 25 and May 27 in Abuja as well as between June 1 and 3, 2023 in Lagos
