Ogun State Bureau of Information Technology (BIT) has concluded arrangements for holding of a 3-day free Tech Solution Conference for registered Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMSEs) in the state
The conference will commemce from Monday, August 8 to Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at the Tech Hub, Kobape road, Abeokuta.
Special Adviser on Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Mr. Dayo Abiodun who announced the conference in a statement made available to Edu-biznews on Wednesday, asked interested MSMEs to register with a Cooperative Society within the State via techsolutions.ogunstate.gov.ng.
He added in the statement that the Bureau would begin 10 weeks hands-on training tagged ‘Hackathon 2022’ for students and fresh graduates who want to develop careers in software development with emerging technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science and Web 4.0.
Abiodun stated that the training would be based on coding and software development, as interested applicants could register through hackathon.ogunstate.gov.ng and should possess basic coding skills in HTML/CSS and javaScript
