The All Stars Football Club Abeokuta have congratulated Chief Babatunde Daniel Adeluola on his appointment as a Senior Special Assistant SSA to the Ogun State Governor,Prince Dapo Abiodun
Secretary to the State Government,Mr Tokunbo Talabi had earlier on Monday 7th July 2025 announced the appointment in a statement in Abeokuta,the State Capital
The President of All Stars Football Club Abeokuta, Alhaji Lawal Waheed in a congratulatory message, noted that 'Delu' as fondly called by his Admirers has the required capabilities,dedication and dexterity to excell in the discharge of his duties.
Alh Lawal described Chief Adeluola as one of the brightest Sons of Egbaland
"He is the Chief Operating Officer,COO,Nigeria Rugby Football Federation,NRFF.He is also the Secretary of the Egba Legacy Network as well as the Ogboye of Igbore-land in Abeokuta"
The ex-Banker had served in various capacities in committees set up by the State Government before this latest appointment.
He is the brain behind a grassroots Rugby competition tagged Tunde Delu's Abeokuta Rugby Cup and also one of the State Sports Veterans as an ex-footballer
