Management of the Lagos State University Ojo has fixed 15th of January, 2024 as resumption date for both fresh and returning students for the new 2023/2024 academic session approved by the Senate of the institution
The university announced the date in its official bulletin released and made available to Edu-Biznews on Wednesday, after the Institution's Senate 305th meeting held on 28th of December,2023 during which academic calendar was approved for the new academic session
Both fresh and returning students according to the academic calendar, are to begin and complete their registration and medical examination processes for the new academic session between January 15 and 26 , 2024,while late registration which attracted N5,000 fine must be done between 11th and 22nd , March , 2024
Lectures for all the students hold between 22nd January and 29th March, 2024 while examination for the first semester is expected to hold between 1st and 19th of April,2024
The semester results will be graded and uploaded between 22nd March and 3rd of May, 2013 for the students to see while semester break commences on 16th and end on the 31st of May, 2024
Students according to the bulletin, are expected to resume for the second semester academic activities as from 3rd of June which will last till 9th of August, 2024 while the examination for the second semester holds between 12th and 30th of August,2024
The grading and uploading of results will be done between 2nd and 13th of September, 2024 for the students to see their respective performances while the academic session ends on 30th of September, 2024
