2024 Nigeria Public Relations Week:NIPR Partners Park Inn, Conference, Continental Suites, IBD, 11 Other Hotels In Abeokuta

National Planning Committee  of the 2024 Nigerian Public Relations Week to be hosted by the Ogun State chapter of Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR),has revealed its partnership with Park Inn and Radisson, Conference Hotel, Continental Suites , IBD International Hotel and 11 (eleven) other reputable  hotels in Abeokuta, the state capital to ensure a successful event

Local Organising Committee for the event, announcing the partnership in a statement made available to Edu-Biznews on Tuesday, says these  fifteen initial  hotels have agreed to offer discounted rates to delegates coming for the event 

The hotels selected so far according to the statement, are within a 15 minutes driving radius from the the main venue of the week which is the June 12 Cultural Centre in Kuto, Abeokuta thus making commuting easy. 

"Efforts are however underway to secure additional hotels to accommodate the more than 2,000 delegates that are expected to attend the week from both within and outside the country. These will also be included on the list as soon as they are secured", she stated 

'Members are urged to take full advantage of the discounts by booking early to secure comfortable accommodation while in Abeokuta for the week" , Boye advised 

Meanwhile, the chairman of the National Planning Committee of the Week, Chief Yomi Badejo-Okusanya (YBO) has stressed the need for all accredited hotels to provide quality service to delegates, so as make their participation and stay in Abeokuta, one of the most memorable experience for them.

Yomi Badejo-Okusanya in a statement made available by Chairman PR and Stakeholders Sub Committee for the event , Akin Okudero , a fellow of NIPR, warned that the committee would not hesitate to drop any hotel found wanting. 

He also announced that a Hospitality Help Line would soon be announced to assist delegates having challenges in securing hotel accommodation. 

The maiden Nigeria Public Relations Week is scheduled to hold between Monday 22nd and Friday 26th April, 2024 and will be that largest convocation of practitioners in Nigeria. 

The event will attract eminent government functionaries, top business executives,  public relations, marketing and communication experts among others.
