NNL lists MKO Abiola Stadium, Dipo Dina Stadium, U.J Esuene Stadium,14 Others For Inspection




MKO Abiola International Stadium in Kuto Abeokuta and Dipo Dina Stadium in Ijebu-Ode, both in Ogun State and U.J Esuene Stadium,Calabar, Cross Rivers State have been penciled down among  fourteen other stadia  by organizers  of the second tier ,Nigeria National League (NNL) for final phase of inspection ahead of the 28th October kick off date for the league 

A team of special facility inspectors/ compliant Officers have been assigned to carry out thorough inspection of the facilities at the  identified stadia which includes Ole Township Stadium,Delta State, .Oshogbo Township Stadium in Osun State,.Soun Stadium,Ogbomosho in Oyo State .Olukayode Fayemi Stadium,Ado-Ekiti in Ekiti State and Area 10 Stadium Garki ,Abuja

Others are Area 3 Stadium,Garki,Abuja, Giginya Memorial Stadium, Sokoto, FIFA Goal Project ,Birnin Kebbi, Abubakar Labbo Controller Stadium,Malumfashi ,Katsina State,.Kazaure stadium,Jigawa State,
Atiku Abubakar Stadium,Fufore, Adamawa State, .El-Kanemi Warriors  Stadium,Borno State as well as Gashua Stadium,Yobe State and Sadauna Memorial Stadium,Gusau, Zamfara State 

Chief Operating Officer of the League Dr.Ayo Abdulrahaman told NNL Media that any of the Facilities that falls short of required standard would not host NNL  matches for the 2023/2024 season. 

The Facility Inspectors are to focus on the playing pitches of the stadiums,changing rooms ,perimeter fencing,media tribune and others.
