Cultism: Group Cautions Youths Against Killing.. Calls For Peace In Sagamu
A group, Remolanders-Egbe Bobaselu Ti Ile Remo have expressed concern over
the recent nefarious killing by rival cult groups in Sagamu, calling on all youths to shun act of cultism and other criminal activities, so as to ensure a lasting peace and development in the industrial town.
President of the group,Olaleye Olanrewaju who made the call on Friday, during a peaceful campaign and sensitisation walk around the town by members, described cultism as a threat to peace and progress in the society
He added that cultism if not stop would not only bring setbacks, but also destroy the hope and aspirations of coming generations.
The social group regarded the present Prince Dapo Abiodun-led government as a responsive and responsible one willing to deal with those disturbing the peace of the State.
They called for a collective support to various developments seen across the State.
