NPFL: Nasarawa Utd Dis-unite Kwara 2-0 As Plateau Force Remo Stars To 1-1 Draw In Ikenne-Remo




Nasarawa United of  Lafia regained its winning formular on Sunday, disuniting Kwara United of Ilorin 2-0 in a week 7 match of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), after series of unimpressive outing in the previous matches 

King Osanga opened scoring for the home side in the 10th minute before Chinedu Ohanachom grabbed the second goal in the 54th minute for the needed three points


Remo Stars were held to a one-all draw by  the visiting Plateau United of Jos, after Mustapha Ibrahim's 58th goal cancelled out Segun Olalere's  38th minute lead for the homeside
at Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne-Remo, Ogun State  
 
Gombe United however lost at home  1- 2 to their visitors, Enyimba International of Aba in a match that saw Taiye Yusuf giving the home team the lead in the 12th minute before Elijah Akanni drew level in the 35th minute while Chukwuemeka Obioma gave the Peoples Elephants the second goal in the 54th ,to secure the vital three points on the road 

Enugu Rangers also regained their winning formular after managing a lone-goal win against visiting debutants,Doma United of Gombe, courtesy of Chidera Eze's goal in the 41st minute 

Abia Warriors were forced to a one-all draw  by their visitors, Wikki Tourists of Bauchi in a match which saw John Peter scoring in the 28th minute for the home team before  Abdulsalam Abdulsalam grabbed a late equalizer in 88th minute for the visiting side 

 1-1 
Agnaza Junior's late minute strike in the 85th minute saved El-Kanemi Warriors of Maiduguri from home defeat in the hands of Akwa United of Uyo had earlier took the lead before half time through Cyril Olisema's goal in the 45th minute

In Ibadan , Shooting Stars escaped home defeat in the hands of highly enterprising  Bendel Insurance of Benin  in the tension soaked match which saw Imade Osehenkhoe opened scoring for the visitors within the first minute while Malomo Taopheek grabbed the equalizer in the 43rd minute before, Sarki Ismael gave the Benin-city side another lead in the 48th minute 

Opeoluwa Olufemi however drew level for the Oluyole Warriors  in 64th minute to share the points at stake

Lobi Stars of Makurdi defeated  Dakkada United of Uyo 2-1 with 
Joseph Atule opening scoring in the 9th minute before Kumaga Suur extended the lead in the 47th minute before -John Lazarus reduced the margin in  54th minute

In Akure, Sunshine Stars won  2-0 against the visiting Niger Tornadoes of Minna with goals from Udom Ekerete in 12th minute  and Samson Olasupo in  30th minute of the encounter

The match between Bayelsa United of Yenegoa and  Rivers United was postponed, following the continental assignment of the Port Harcourt based team in the CAF Conferation Cup match which the side lost 0-3 to a Congo Brazaville team
