Nigerian Army Begins Recruitment Exercise For 84 Regular Rrcruits Intake




The Nigerian Army has commenced  its online registration exercise for 84 Regular Recruits Intake for Trade/Non-Trade men and women,  which began on Friday, October 7 till Friday, December 2, 2022 when the exercise will end 

Permanent Secretary in the Ogun State Bureau of Cabinet and Special Services, Mr. Olanrewaju Saka who made this known in a statement made available to Edu-biznews on Wednesday, stated that applicants must be single, Nigerian citizen by birth and must possess a valid National Identity Number (NIN) or Bank Verification Number (BVN).

The Permanent Secretary in the statement added that they must be medically, physically and psychologically fit, free of any criminal conviction and must be between the ages 18 to 22 years for non-trade men and women, and 18 to 26 years for trades men and women respectively. The required height is 1.68metres for males and 1.65metres for females.

According to the statement, all applicants must possess a minimum of four (4) passes at not more than two(2)  sittings in WASSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB, while trades men and women must have Trade Test/City and Guide Certificate.

 The release stated that shortlisted applicants from the online screening are to report for a physical screening exercise at the State recruitment centre, 35 Artillery Brigade, Alamala Barracks, Abeokuta from Monday, January 2 to Sunday, January 15, 2023, while the application form could be accessed online at https://recruitment.army.mil.ng, with all application to be screened online, and qualified applicant shortlisted afterward.
