All is set for the 71st Inaugural Lecture of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) holding this Wednesday, 23rd of November,2022 on the main campus of the university in Alabata, outskirt of the Ogun State capital
Former Acting Vice-Chancellor of the university, Professor Ololade Adeduro Enikuomehin, a Professor of Plant Pathology, from the Department of Crop Protection in the College of Plant Science and Crop Protection (COLPLANT) will be delivering the lecture according to a statement made available to Edu-biznews on Monday
The Lecture titled, "Tending the Inaudible: The Management of Plant Afflictions With The Endowment of Nature", is scheduled to hold by 2:00pm at the University's Ceremonial Building.
Professor Enikuomehin obtained his First Degree from Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State,and his M.Sc and Ph.D Degrees from the University of Ibadan.
He is a member of several Science societies which include the Nigerian Society for Plant Protection, Organic Agriculture Project in Tertiary Institutions in Nigeria and the American Pythopathological Society.
The 71st Inaugural Lecture is the first Inaugural Lecture to be chaired by Professor Olusola Kehinde since his assumption of office as the Acting Vice-Chancellor.
