Ogun State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development has promised to give priority to monthly training for members of Staff towards enhancing their productivity.
The new Permanent Secretary in the ministry, Mr. Adetunji Kanimodo who gave the assurance in Abeokuta during his familiarisation meeting with the staffers, stressed that training and retraining of staffers would prepare them for future challenges.
He urged them to uphold the ethics of Civil Service, be more dutiful with a sense of professionalism and thoroughness, as well as maintain the code of dressing, stressing the need for punctuality, as lateness to office would not be condoned.
Speaking on behalf of the staff, the Head of Department, Urban Development, Tpl. Rufus Talabi pledged their support at ensuring a productive and impactful tenure for the Permanent Secretary.
