Edu-Biznews recalled that the Governor on Wednesday, inaugurated over four kilometres Osi-Ota- Ikola-Navy-RayPower roads in Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area in Ogun West Senatorial District of the state
General Manager of the State Housing Corporation, ESV. Wale Ojo, who made this known in a statement in Abeokuta, said that the project would be commissioned by 2pm
He revealed that the estate which comprises first phase of 130 units and second phase of 150 units, has two-bedroom semi-detached and three-bedroom detached bungalows.
ESV. Ojo said the project consists of amenities such as good road network, potable water, standard drainage system and power supply.
He added that effort would be made by the Corporation to provide a Facility Management (FM) office in the estate, to oversee the needs of the occupants, as well as ensure proper maintenance and sustainability of the projects.
