Ogun Abducted Secondary School Teacher Regains Freedom




A female secondary school teacher, Mrs Akinbola Olusola Abosede abducted last Sunday at  Ilara-Yewa in Imeko-Afon Local Government Area of Ogun State, has regained her freedom

Her release was coming a day after the release of two female students, Precious Adeyemo and Abiola Oyefule of the Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) Ago-Iwoye, who were earlier  abducted at the Ayetoro campus of the university

Abosede was abducted by gunmen on her way to Community High School and was later released on Thursday but it was not clear as at the time of filing the report, if ransom was paid or not.

The State Chairman of Academic Staff Union of Secondary Schools (ASUSS )Comrade Akeem Lasisi confirmed the release of the teacher to Edu-Biznews .

She was later accompanied by some top officials of ASUSS led by Akeem Lasisi to the State Secretariat where Governor Dapo Abiodun recieved her
