Enyimba International of Aba lost to host,Orlando Pirates of South Africa 2-1in the second match of the ongoing CAF Confederation Cup, after Tshegofatso Mabasa's late minute goal in the 89th minute denied the Nigerian side vital point on the road
Deon Hotto opened scoring for the home side in the 27th minute while Captain Austine Oladapo grabbed the equalizer for the Peoples Elephants from the penalty spot within the stoppage time before halftime of the match played on Wednesday evening at the Orlando Stadium
Mabassa grabbed the winner for the Buccaneers to secure their first win and move to the top spot of Group A of Caf Confederation Cup with four points ahead of Nigerian giants, Enyimba FC with three points.
In the other match, Al-Ahly Benghazi of Libya managed a lone-goal win against the visitors ES-Setif of Algeria, to occupy third position with three points
Enyimba had won its first match against Al-Ahly Benghazi 2-1 while ES-Setif and Orlando Pirates settled for a goaless draw
Enyimba will host ES-Setif while Al-Ahly Benghazi entertain the visiting Orlando Pirates in the next group matches on April 2nd
