Enyimba International of Aba recorded a lone-goal advantage over its Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) rivals,Rivers United Football Club of Port-harcourt in a first leg play-off for a place in the CAF Confederation Cup
In the first leg of the continental match played on Sunday in Aba,Cyril Olisema scored the only goal of the encounter in the 60th minute for the home side.
The Pride of Rivers will have to work extra hard in the return leg in Port-harcourt, to over come the tough challenge posed by the Peoples Elephants who have a goal advantage.
The winners of the two legged encounter will play in the lucrative group stage of the second tier CAF Confederation Cup Championship.
