Speaker of the Ogun State House of Assembly, Right Honourable Olakunle Oluomo has described as fantastic,the ongoing construction of the 31 housing units (en-suite) at the Kings Court Estate, Oke-Mosan in Abeokuta , by the State Property And Investment Corporation (OPIC).
The housing project according to Oluomo" meet all standards anyone can get anywhere in the world".
The speaker along with other lawmakers were conducted round the project by the Managing Director/ Special Adviser, of the State Property and Investment Corporation, (OPIC), Mr Abiodun Fari-Arole .
He added that the location, quality of works and infrastructure remain the best anyone could crave for in housing, while imploring the people of the State to take advantage of the projects in meeting their housing need.
The Managing Director/ Special Adviser, State Property and Investment Corporation, (OPIC), Mr Abiodun Fari-Arole revealed that the 31 units of 5-bed were 80% completion and another ongoing 64 units semi-detach were on going.
He noted that the projects were a combination of traditional and modern requirements for optimal advantage.
