The Ogun state chapter of Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) is concluding plan with a leading property development company in the country,Sweet Estate to establish a housing estate for its members in the state.
The State SWAN in a statement by its secretary, Michael-Azeez Ogunsiji in Abeokuta, explained that the initiative was part of the moves to make members to own property while in active service.
The association added that parcel of land would be made available at affordable rate, to members who are expected to make payment on installment basis .
According to Ogunsiji, the SWAN Estate project will officially take -off in December, 2020 during the SWAN Week.
He urged members to avail themselves of this ample opportunity.
