Management of one of the fastest growing co-educational secondary schools in Nigeria, Upright Model Academy in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital is celebrating the exceptional performance of its three candidates who sat for the 2026 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) recording 9 A’s, which included Mathematics and English Language
The three JSS 3 students presented by the school for the final examination at the Junior Secondary School level, included Yussuph Baliqees Boluwatife ,
Lawal Maltida Ajoke and Orebiyi Abdulrahmon Ayodeji
Director of the school, Ambassador Olaleye Rasheed Damilare reacting to the outstanding academic feat on behalf of the management of the college, was full of excitement, describing the results as reward for the efforts of teachers and parents who believe in the quality and standards of the school and that of sacrifice, discipline and hard work of the students whose sleepless nights justified the excellence performance

According to him, "No teacher entered the examination hall to supply answers.
No illegal assistance was provided.No shortcuts were taken"
He maintained that the candidates were well prepared for the examination by the teachers in the school, hence the outstanding results recorded at BECE
"They faced the examination with the knowledge they had acquired, the confidence they had built and the preparation they had received"
