Ogun State Government through its Bureau of Establishments and Training, Office of the Head of Service has concluded arrangements for holding of the June 2026 edition of the Combined Confirmation/ Promotion Tests and Compulsory Examinations for Officers in the Junior, Sub-Professional and Professional Cadres in the State Civil/Public Service, beginning from Wednesday, 9th to Friday, 11th September, 2026.
Permanent Secretary in the Bureau, Mr. Akintomiwa Osibodu in a statement made available to Edu-biznews by Public Relations Officer, Omolara Osindele, said
that the examinations will hold at the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Ojere, Abeokuta at 9:00 am each day.
According to him, the tests for the Professional and Sub-professional Officers cadres will be in Computer Based (CBT) format while the paper based mode will be retained for the Junior Officers' cadre.
He added that the Head of Service, Mr. Iskeel Olanrewaju Saka, will be on ground to monitor the conduct of the examinations.
Meanwhile, all eligible candidates are expected to proceed to the Staff Development Centre, Oke-Ilewo, Abeokuta between Monday, 7th and Tuesday 8th September, 2026 to collect their identity cards, with either their staff ID cards, appointment letters or inter-cadre transfer letters from 9am each day.
They are advised to be at the venue at least 30 minutes before the commencement of each paper.
