Babcock University Denounces Online Video of Female Students' Immoral Acts, Says It Is A Fabricated Story




Management of the Babcock University Ilishan-Remo in Ogun State has denounced a viral video allegedly that some female students of the institution are involved in Immoral and criminal activities 

Associate Vice-President (Communication, Media and Branding) , Dr.Johnson Babafemi in a statement, described the story as a completely falsé malicious and entirely fabricated, saying even the Creator of the content admit that the video is fictional 

"Despite this , the video continues to spread harmful misinformation capable of damaging the reputation and dignity of our female students and the brand of the institution"

The university according to the statement, strongly condemned the deliberate attempt to misuse its name of the institution and tarnish the image of its community 

"We affirmed unequivocally that no such video incidents has occurred"

"As a faith- based Seven-day Adventist institution, Babcock University remains committed to the highest standards of moral integrity, academic excellence and holistic development of its students"

The university in the statement, urged the general public to disregard the false narrative, refrain from sharin content further and report any related posts or account promoting it to appropriate authority 

"The university is actively engaging relevant authority to investigate tthe source of the video with view to pursuing all appropriates legal actions against those responsible "

"Our ICT team is also working with online platforms to secure the immediate removal of the content ", the statement concluded
