Former Permanent Secretary in Ogun State Civil Service, Rasheed Sefiu is celebrating the Osi of Egbaland, High Chief (Hon) AbdulHakeem Bode Mustapha at 75, describing him as a worthy, humble, humane ,charming, charismatic and blessed leader.
The Executive Secretary, Abeokuta North Local Government Education Authority in a birthday congratulatory message was full of appreciation for the celebrant who contributed greatly to his career growth during days in the civil service
He prayed Allah for abundant blessings and mercies for the Osi of Egbaland
and the entire household
The birthday congratulatory message reads in part:
"Congratulations and God bless, sir. Happy birthday, High Chief (Hon) AbdulHakeem Bode Mustapha,the Osi of Egbaland".
"I am highly elated and fulfilled when I remember the mode of our connection in 1999, through which you championed my appointment as the Executive Secretary, Abeokuta North Local Government Education Authority with effect from 5th January, 2000"
