Vice-Chancellor of the Lagos State University, Professor Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello has warmly congratulated Engr (Dr) Waliu Gbenga Odukaiye on his appointment as Director, Works and Physical Planning, Federal University of Medicine and Medical Sciences (FUMMSA), Abeokuta, Ogun State.
