The management and staff of Ogun State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) have been urged to continue exhibiting the spirit of teamwork to enable the agency achieve its goals in 2026.
Chairman of the Commission, Apostle 'Biodun Sanyaolu gave the charge during the new year prayer session in Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta.
Apostle Sanyaolu, represented by the Full-Time Commissioner I, Hon. Adeola Akintonde, stated that the existing cooperation among staff has contributed to the remarkable milestones recorded by TESCOM in past years.
The TESCOM boss expressed gratitude to God for His mercies and protection over the staff, citing their hard work, diligence, and punctuality as key factors that have put the agency in the limelight of the Prince Dapo Abiodun-led administration.
'' I want to express gratitude to God for his mercies and protection over the staffers of the Commission. Your demonstration of hard work, diligence and punctuality have put this agency in the spotlight of the present government. I urge you not to relent," he said
In their separate remarks, the Full- Time Commissioners ii, Hon. Moruf Adebayo, iii, Hon. Olanrewaju Majekodunmi, iv, Hon. Ademola Adeleye emphasised the significant of establishing synergy among the political appointees, lower and higher cadres in the commission, noting that cooperation among them had cosistently brought progress.
While offering special prayers for the staffers,, Principal of Salawu Abiola Comprehensive High School, Osiele, Alhaji Akorede Olagesin and the Principal, Saje High School, Pastor Olugbenga Oguntuyo, called on the staff to remain prayerful, health-conscious and show love to one another.
Responding, two of the staffers, Mrs. Jumoke Otusanya and Mr. Ayodele Badejo thanked TESCOM for sustaining the prayer session, assuring the management of their commitment to duty.
Others in attendance at the event were the Principals - General for Ijebu, Yewa and Ẹ̀gba, Permanent Secretary - Designate in the Commission and Directors,.
