Following compliance with the directive observing this Wednesday August 20 as public holiday for the celebration of the 2025 Isese Day, the management of the Lagos State University has rescheduled the examination time-table for the courses expected to hold in the ongoing semester examination
Deputy Registrar/Coordinator, Centre for Information and Public Relations of the university, Oluwayemisi Thomas-Onashile who made this known in a statement on Wednesday, says 'the 2024/2025 second semester examination scheduled to hold on *Wednesday, 20th August 2025* has been rescheduled to take place on *Monday, 15th September 2025"
The management in the statement directed all staff (Teaching and Non-Teaching) to observe Wednesday, 20th August 2025, as a work-free day, and resume work on Thursday, 21st August 2025 at 8:00 a.m. prompt in compliance with circular from the Lagos State Head of Service, Mr Bode Agoro
"Students and other concerned members of the University are to also note that by this directive, there will be no examinations on *Wednesday, 20th August 2025", the statement concluded
