The national men's basketball side maintained its winning streak at the end of group stage taking the first three quarters 28-25, 30-16 and 26-12 before Cameroun fought back winning the fourth quarter 37-15
With the result, Cameroun who had earlier won against Tunisia and Madagascar finished in second position with five points behind Nigeria with six points while defending champion Tunisia in third position with four points while Madagascar is at the bottom with three points after losing all games
In other group, Ivory Coast defeated DR Congo 75-63 point
