Ogun State Government has rescheduled its suspended 2024/2025 Unified Promotion Examinations for all Public Primary and Secondary Schools, as well as Government Science and Technical Colleges in the State to begin this Thursday, July 24 and end on Thursday, July 31, 2025
The State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology,Prof. Abayomi Arigbabu who announced this in a statement obtained by Edu-biznews on Wednesday, directed all Headteachers and Principals to make adequate arrangements towards the successful conduct of the rescheduled examination.
He enjoined learners to come with their writing materials and comport themselves well during the period of the exercise, saying government had put necessary machinery in place to ensure a hitch free conduct.
He wished learners a successful performance in the examination.
The unified promotion examination originally scheduled for last week Monday 14th July 2025 was later disrupted by the indefinite Strike declared by the organized labour over some unresolved labour issues
