Ogun State House of Assembly has rescheduled its mid-year budget performance assessment to Monday, the 28th of July, 2025, starting from 10.00am prompt daily

Deputy Clerk I of the House, Barr. ( Mrs.) 'Funmi Adeyemi who announced the new commencement date in a statement made available to Edu-biznews, stated that " the exercise, which is part of the constitutional responsibility of the legislative arm, is meant to assess the level of compliance of Ministries, Departments and Agencies of Government to the State's 2025 Appropriation Law, with a view to ensuring value for government resources in project implementation".

She explained in the statement that the shift in the commencement of the exercise was as a result of the just suspended industrial action by the State workers.
