President of Nigeria Football Federation NFF, Ibrahim Musa Gusau has announced a cash gift of the sum of N6,000,0000 (Six Million Naira) as reward for Flamingos after thrashing the Algerian cadet side 4-0 in the first leg of the last qualifying round of FIFA U-17 Women World Cup played on Saturday at Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne-Remo, Ogun State
Gusau explained that a sum of two million naira was donated by NFF while the remaining sum of four million naira was doled out as a gift to the team by billionaire businessman and owner of Remo Stars Football Club, Hon. Kunle Soname
The NFF boss charged the girls to go to Algiers in the second leg of the qualifier and play their hearts out to win the World Cup ticket for Nigeria.
