Vice-Chancellor of the Lagos State University Ojo, Prof. Ibiyemi Ibilola Olatunji-Bello has cautioned students writing the ongoing 2024/2025 academic session first semester examimation, against all forms of malpractices, to avoid being punished seriously for such misconduct
The Vice Chancellor issued the riot-act in her goodwill message to the students, obtained by Edu-Biznews on Monday
"Resist any temptation to engage in examination malpractices, as we will decisively deal with those found culpable", she warned
She however encouraged them to be calmed and approach the examination with confidence, since they have been adequately prepared by their respective faculties for the examination
"However, I encourage you to approach the examinations with confidence, knowing that you have been well-prepared by our faculty to face whatever questions come your way. I also believe that you have put in the effort to succeed. Therefore, believe in your capabilities, stay calm under pressure, and manage your time wisely during the examination period"
The Vice-Chancellor who commended the students for their resilience, dedication, and commitment to academic pursuit, wished them the best in the examination
