The Ogun State Sports Council has released the schedule for the upcoming trial games, holding in February , ahead of the coming the 22nd National Sports Festival slated to hold in May, 2025.
The featured sports include Athletics (Deaf), Athletics (Para), Ayo, Boxing, and Chess.

The competitions will officially commence on Friday, February 21, and Saturday, February 22, 2025.
Boxing matches will be held at Ilishan Town Hall, while all other events—including Athletics (Deaf), Athletics (Para), Ayo, and Chess—will take place at Sagamu International Stadium.
The trial games serve as an opportunity for athletes to showcase their talents and secure spots in upcoming national and international competitions, most importantly, Gateway Sports Festival.
