Ogun State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Prof Abayomi Arigbabu has charged the staffers of the ministry to exhibit best form of professionalism, integrity and fear of God in the course of their duties in year 2025.
Prof. Arigbabu, who appreciated the entire management team and staffers during the new year prayer organised by the ministry in Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, enjoined them not to relent in the discharge of their duties but be punctual and have right attitude to work so as to achieve the set goal for the year.
"This is a new year, people would say 'New Resolution', but for me, every day is the same, we should take every day as a new day and be determined to drop whatever we think is not right and turn a new leaf this year", he advised.
On her part, the Permanent Secretary in the ministry, Mrs. Oluwatosin Oloko, advised the staffers to imbibe in the work ethics, give room for improvement, shun backbiting and be consistent, explaining that, right attitude to work would launch the ministry into a leading position.
In their separate sermons, Director, Information and Communication Technology, Mr. Samuel Opanuga and Education Officer, Imam Abdulazeed Adebayo,charged staffers to inculcate the habit of giving thanks to God at all times and showing love to one another, as such gesture would go a long way in making the job easier to attain the set goals.
