LASU's Aerospace Engineering Students Complete Assemblage Of Decommissioned ABT Aircraft Within Record Time



Students of the Department of Aerospace Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Lagos State University have successfully completed the assemblage of the decommissioned ABT Aircraft,  few days ahead of schedule. 

The three of Nigerian Air Force officers who facilitated the assemblage have, therefore, left the Epe campus of the university for their base.

The highly elated Head of Campus, Prof. Elkanah Oyetunji, in his remarks at the end of the process, congratulated the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello,and the entire Faculty of Engineering, under the leadership of Prof. Nurudeen Raji for the unprecedented feat.






Edu-Biznews recalls that the decommissioned ABT Aircraft was released to the Lagos State University following a visit of the Vice-Chancellor and the leadership of the Faculty of Engineering to the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Hasan Bala Abubakar, few weeks ago.

The successful assemblage of the decommissioned ABT Aircraft provided practical experience for the students at the Department of Aerospace Engineering of the university
