A fasting growing Nigeria's firm , Terra Integrated Services Limited, TISL has sealed a multi million naira partnership deal with the Abia State Government to construct a proposed Terra Garden City Estate where people can either acquire landed property or buy outrightly houses
Chief Executive Officer of TISL, Hon. (Chief) Mrs Funmilayo Ireedi Oginni who revealed this to newsmen after a recent meeting with top government officials in Umuahia, the State capital, also disclosed that the company would invest in the construction of a coconut oil production refinery plant as well as establishment of Terra Instant noodles and spaghetti food production factory
She added that a Terra multipurpose livestock farm would be established by the company
The founder of Ireede-Oginni Grassroots Foundation appreciated Governor Alex Otti for creating an enabling environment, which according to her, is now attracting investors to the state unlike what was obtainable in the past.
"Abia State Government is doing well in the area of security, and i must commend Governor Otti for that and also I want to appreciate the government for assuring us steady power supply", the Chief Executive Officer of TISL stated
