Ogun State Sports Council's Director of Sports,Mrs Folakemi Iyabode Rotimi will be retiring from the service on Friday 16th, February 2024.

Bola Giwa who announced this in a statement made available to Sports Writers on Wednesday, said that she joined the Government service 35 years ago (14/04/1989) as a Tennis Coach.
Rotimi according to the statement,will be retiring as level GM 05( General Manager) in the Ogun State Sports Council.
It is not certain who will take over from her when the position becomes vacant on Friday after her retirement from the service
Mrs. Oluwatoyin Alade, the Director of the Organization who also doubles as Deputy Director of Sports might likely be the Acting Director of Sports subject to confirmation by the State Government
