No fewer than 385 who are members of second batch of the Ogun State pilgrims from Saudi Arabia have returned after the completion of this year's Hajj exercise
The State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board confirmed the arrival of the additional pilgrims, bringing the total of number to 767 Ogun state pilgrims that have arrived in the country.
The Executive Secretary of the Board, Alhaji Salau Dauda said that the pilgrims landed at Muritala Muhammad International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos over the weekend at 11:30 pm Nigerian time
He described the journey as worthwhile,, expressing optimism that the remaining Pilgrims would return safely to the country soon.
Salau urged the Pilgrims to conduct themselves well in society and always allow the teachings of Hajj to reflect in their day-to-day activities.
Speaking on behalf of the Pilgrims, Alhaji Ismaheel Adedo thanked Almighty Allah for journey mercy, praying that God accepts their hajj as an act of Ibadah.
