The Nigerian Army Recruitment Exercise for the 85 Regular Recruits intake for the trades/ non-trades men and women online registration which began Friday March 3, will be closing next week, Friday April 14, 2023.
A statement from the Ogun State Bureau of Cabinet and Special Services, Governor’s Office, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, stated that application forms could be accessed online at https://recruitment.army.mil.ng
The statement added that all applications would be screened online and qualify applicants would be shortlisted afterwards.
The statement also stated that applicants must be single, Nigerian citizen by birth and must posses a valid National Identity Number (NIN) or Bank Verification Number (BVN), adding that such persons must be medically, physically and psychologically fit, free of any criminal conviction and must be between the ages of 18 and 22 years for non-trades men and women, 18 to 26 years for trades men and women respectively.
The require height is 1.68 metres for males and 1.65 metres for females.
The release further stated that all applicants must posses a minimum of 4 passes at not more than 2 sittings in WASSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB, while trades men and women must have Trades Test/City and Guild Certificate.
It added that shortlisted applicants from the online screening are to report for Physical Screening Exercise at the State Recruitment Centre, 35 Artillery Brigade, Alamala Barracks, Abeokuta from Tuesday, May 2 to Wednesday May 17, 2023.
