Ogun State Head of Service,Kolawole Fagbohun has urged workers in the State to be diligent in the discharge of their duties, in order to ensure that the government of the day achieve its set goals of good governance.
The Head of Service who gave the charge during a courtesy visit by the Bureau of Land and Survey to his office at Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, called on them to live above board with the fear of God, while being accountable and transparent in their dealings.
“Continue to be honest and diligent as a critical earner for the State government. Come up with new schemes to benefit Civil Servants", he said.
Speaking earlier, the Acting Surveyor-General of the Bureau, Surv. Oladele Ewulo congratulated the new Head of Service on his appointment, promising to put in more effort to take the Bureau to an enviable height.
The Head of Service also received in audience members of the Ogun State Health Insurance Agency and Conference of Administrative Officers, Ogun SUBEB/ Local Government Education Authority with a charge on them to continue supporting the aspiration of the government and serve humanity through what they do.
In their responses, the Executive Secretary, Ogun State Health Insurance Agency, Dr. Afolabi Dosunmu and the Director of Administration and Supplies, Mr. Femi Faleti said the appointment of the new Head of Service was a well-deserved one, promising to put in their best in their various agencies.
