All Public and Private Primary and Secondary Schools, as well as Government Science and Technical Colleges in Ogun State, will be proceeding on the second term holiday for 2022/2023 academic session beginning from Friday, April 7, 2023
The State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Prof. Abayomi Arigbabu who announced the date in a statement made available to Edu-biznews on Friday, says schools are expected to resume for the third term of academic activities on Tuesday, May 2, 2023.
Arigbabu urged learners to use the holiday period to keep themselves engaged by visiting website of OGUN DIPER DIET and NIGERIAN LEARNING PASSPORT via https://bit.ly/ogundiperhour (Senior Secondary School 1-3) and https://Nigeria.learningpassport.org (KG to SS3/Technical Classes), respectively, between 7.00 to 7.40 pm daily.
He also encouraged parents and guardians to take proper care of their wards during the period of the holiday.
