Fuel Scarcity: Petrol Stations Now Adjust Pump Price To N350 Per Litre In Abeokuta

Most of the  filling stations which belong  to the Inpendent Petrol Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) operating in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, have adjusted their pump price to N350 per litre of Premium Motor Spirit from the initial N250, few weeks ago, to reflect the new market reality of importing  the product into the country

Edu-biznews on Tuesday observed that the usual very long queue of motorists that characterized most of the filling stations dispensing the product in past one week have gradually disappeared with the new pump price

More stations now dispensing the product to motorists and other customers in Adatan- Carwash axis of Asero- Obantoko as well as Onikoko in Panseke Adigbe and Ijaye areas of the city

However there was still long queue of motorists at NNPC Mega Station at Abiola way area, waiting to get the product at the official rate of N185 per litre as at the time of filing this report

Most of the independent marketers have complained of non-availability of the product at the regulated ex-depot and have no option than to get it at private depot for them to remain in business
