Activities for the year 2022 Public Service Day in Ogun State will hold between this Tuesday, June 21, 2022, and Thursday, June 23, 2022.
Head of Service, Dr. Nafiu Aigoro who announced the activities in a statement, said that the 3-day event would commence with a diagnostic programme tagged, " Know your Health Status scheduled for this Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at Arcade ground, Governor’s Office, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta by 9 am, while a ceremonial kick-off of the Football Matches (Male & Female Teams from Civil Service and Parastatals), would be performed by the Deputy Governor, Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyedele on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at the M.K.O Abiola Stadium Abeokuta by 2 pm prompt.
Aigoro added that the grand finale of the event, which is the Public Service Day Lecture titled ”Performance Management System: Impact on Productivity” would be delivered by a professional who is vast in Human Capital Development and a former General Manager, Ogun State Broadcasting Corporation (OGBC), Mr. Alex Taiwo will wrap up the celebration on Thursday, June 23, 2022, at the Obas’ Complex, Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta at 11 am.
The Head of Service in the statement, enjoined all Public Servants to participate in the activities lined up for the celebration and be seated 30 minutes before the commencement of the events, as attendance will be regarded as part of their official duties.
