Nigerian Air Force is concluding plan with Ogun State Government to construct an Air Force Base at the ongoing Agro-Cargo International Airport project being constructed in Remo axis of the State
Governor Dapo Abiodun during the week had a very good meeting with Air Marshal Isiaka Oladayo Amao, Chief of Air Staff of the Nigerian Air Force.
They discussed, amongst others, plans for the groundbreaking of the construction of the Air Force base at Agro-Cargo Airport and how to immediately deploy resources to support the Gateway State’s security initiatives and complement the law enforcement architecture of the State.
The governor had earlier met with Comptroller General of Nigerian Customs Service,Col.Hameed Ibraheem Ali (retired )for the establishment of an office at the airport
