Governor Dapo Abiodun has finalized talks for a partnership with ARISE Group, a tripartite pan- African companies to fastrack establishment of Ogun Agro-Processing and Industrial zone and Olokonla deep sea port projects to enhance economic activities in the state
Abiodun during his recently concluded investment trip, met with Mr Gagan Gupta, a renowned and successful enterpreneur who is also co-founder, ARISE IIP, ARISE IS and ARISE P&L, tripartite pan-African companies with a record of successfully developed sustainable industrial ecosystems, supported by infrastructure and logistics solutions in Gabon, Togo and Benin Republic.
The governor also met with Senior Minister of Economy and Finance in Benin Republic, Mr Romauld Wadagni who shared with him, the experiences in the Republic, which resulted in the successful implementation.
Their meeting was centred on partnership in the establishment of the Ogun Agro-Processing and Industrial Zone and the development of the Olokonla Port, a vital component of our integrated multimodal transport masterplan.
Abiodun had earlier met top Egyptian firms, to attract more Investment to the state in the areas of real estate, infrastructure, tourism ,entertainment sectors and sports development
