Remo Stars Football Club (RSFC) Head Coach, Gbenga Ogunbote has assured that his side will try to build on the away victory they recorded in the opening fixture of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) against Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries Football Club (MFM FC), by beating visiting Heartland FC of Owerri
The Sky-Blue Stars had last week defeated MFM 2-0 on the road at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, formerly known as Onikan Stadium, Lagos.
Ogunbote, fondly known as the Oracle in a chat with the club's media team, expressed confidence that his relatively young and average side would work extra hard in the clash against the Naze Millionaire on Boxing Day at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne-Remo
"Remo Stars are young in the NPFL system and all we need is to consolidate on the victory we had in Lagos against MFM FC.", he stated
"No doubt we are going to push to get a victory and we will be happy to get another important win against Heartland FC on Sunday. We pray that Almighty God crown our efforts with success which is the maximum points against the visitors.", Ogunbote concluded
