Governor Dapo Abiodun has assured that both Panseke/Adigbe and Adatan- Asero-Camp Roads in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, would be ready for use in the next three or four months
Abiodun who gave the assurance during his recent on the spot assessment of the two major roads inherited from the immediate past Ibikunle Amosun's administration, said the contractors handling Panseke/Adigbe Road had assured that the remaining one kilometre of the road would be asphalted in the next two weeks
According to him, "the Panseke/ Adigbe Road which cut across Abeokuta-South, Ewekoro and Obafemi-Owode Local Areas is about 85percent completion and be ready for use in the next two
On the Adatan-Carwash-Asero Road, the governor said that the road linking Ibadan in Oyo State would be completed in the next three or four months
He added that the first phase of the road between Adatan and Moore junction would be completed very soon, saying the Federal Government had at one-time awarded contract for the construction of the road
Abiodun re-assured that his administration would continue to fullfil its campaign promises to the people
He said that the link road from Fajol to Gbonogun Obantoko is to decongest the Adatan/Camp Road
